To protect LXA patients and employees, we ask that all patients rebook their appointment if they experience any of the following:
1) A fever, new/worse cough or shortness of breath and respiratory symptoms;
2) Recently traveled outside of Ontario within the last 14 days;
3) Has COVID-19 or close contact with a confirmed or probable case of COVID-19.

Please contact COVID-19 Assessment Centres, primary care provider, or local public health unit for further assessment and consultation. If you start to experience worsening symptoms, please visit your local emergency department. Once the symptoms have resolved and/or at least 14 days have passed, an appointment for your diagnostic/imaging services can be made.

IMPORTANT NOTICE – DIAGNOSTIC IMAGING SERVICES (COVID-19)
London X-Ray Associates’ diagnostic imaging services are open for x-ray, ultrasound, mammography, bone mineral density and adult echocardiography. To support COVID-19 active screening, physical distancing and additional cleaning/disinfecting of our clinics all patient appointments will be booked to ensure patient and employee safety.

To provide you with greater accessibility and control of your medical imaging records London X-Ray Associates has partnered with PocketHealth. PocketHealth allows you to view, download and share your medical imaging records with your physician or specialist. These records are securely stored, and you can have access within 24 hours. There is no longer a need to request a CD.
To access the service PocketHealth charges a transfer fee of $5.00 plus HST for permanent access to all of your existing medical imaging records at London X-Ray Associates.

Attention Out of Province Patients: If you do not have an OHIP#/Health Card please download and complete this form and then contact our IS Team to assist with a manual enrollment. 519-672-5270 Option# 5, then option #1. As part of our RIS PACS features, InteleConnect, a zero foot-print universal clinical viewer can be used by Clinicians to access their patient exams, including reports and images. To request access, please click on the "Apply Here" on the right-hand menu under InteleConnect Access.
InteleConnect's powerful clinical worklist manager provides tailored specialist worklists, intelligently auto-filtering only the most relevant orders and images for clinicians, while the patient activity dashboard provides a close watch on real-time patient imaging pathways.
InteleConnect does not require any training, installation of software and will support Windows and Mac browsers, as well as mobile devices and smart phones such as iPad, iPhone, Android and Blackberry.
