Preventing the spread of Covid-19 at LXA
We are following passive screening protocols as outlined by the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care of Ontario. We continue to encourage physical distancing and limiting patients in the clinic waiting rooms. After registering for your appointment, if you would like to wait outside of our waiting room, please ask our receptionist about our ability to text you when your appointment is to begin.
Our employees are wearing personal protective equipment and completing enhanced cleaning protocols. You will notice plexiglass barriers and physical distancing signs through our clinics. These are preventative measures to reduce transmission of COVID-19. Our employees frequently clean throughout the clinic and after every patient.
Patients are not required to wear a medical face mask when attending their appointment. We continue to support our patient’s choice to wear a medical face mask while in our clinics. All patients are requested to use the available hand sanitizer when entering and leaving our clinics. Please follow best practices of frequent hand washing.
